MAFO Drying systems
Products are wet cleaned in a MAFO industrial washing machine. Before they re-enter the production process, your products often have to be dried first. This is possible with a blow-off system / drying systems. MAFO offers three blow-off modules that you can use in combination with our washing machines. The capacity of our blow-off installations depends on the type you choose. From 150 to 5000 crates per hour, we have the machines that can make this happen. The machines from MAFO ensure that all means of production, packaging or transport are as dry as you want.
Blow-off system
MAFO dryers are equipped with uniquely constructed air knives that blow off your products with cold or warm air. It is possible to circulate the air and to heat it extra. Of course we also make tailor-made blow-off systems. These can be seamlessly connected to your industrial washing machine and integrate perfectly into your production line.
Drying system
In addition to a blow-off system, there is also a drying system that can dry various types of washed product carriers. Also called a centrifugal drying system. You can think of very light to extremely heavy crates. But pallets and bread pairs can also be easily dried with a drying system from MAFO.
Limiting energy consumption
MAFO's blow-off and drying systems are characterized by their energy-saving effect. Our dryers offer guaranteed drying results of just a few grams of moisture per product and are energy efficient. In addition, it is possible to further expand the drying machine on your existing washing machine. It can also be integrated effortlessly into your standing washing process. The dryer can be supplied as part of a MAFO washing installation.
Blow off with air
Our blow-off installations use cold or warm air to blow off the adhering water from the freshly washed products. All products are canceled several times around. You are assured that your products are 100% dry. The achieved result of a drying solution depends on a number of factors:
- product shape (plates and shapes are easier than crates);
- transport speed (higher speed means higher capacity, but less contact time);
- use of a water relaxant;
- temperature of the final rinse in the washing machine.
